Delivery Policy
At Cohyve, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in a timely, transparent, and structured manner. This policy outlines how we manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and communication throughout the engagement.
1. Service Delivery Timeline

Project Kickoff:
Upon confirmation and receipt of all required inputs, each project begins with a formal kickoff — typically within 1–3 business days, depending on resource availability. -
Timelines & Milestones:
Delivery timelines are shared upfront and may vary depending on the project scope. All deadlines are mutually agreed upon and are tracked in real-time via the Cohyve platform. -
Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time for creative deliverables ranges from 2 to 7 business days per milestone. Custom timelines will apply to larger or complex projects.
2. Delivery Format

All deliverables are shared digitally through the Cohyve platform or via secure links, unless otherwise specified.

Files may include source files, editable formats, preview versions, or final exports based on the service agreement.

We support standard file formats including PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, AI, PSD, Figma, and others as required.
3. Delays & Exceptions

Client-side Delays:
Delays due to incomplete inputs, feedback lags, or unavailability on the client’s side may shift delivery timelines. -
Cohyve-side Delays:
In the rare event of an internal delay, we proactively notify clients and offer revised timelines along with a resolution plan. -
Force Majeure:
Cohyve shall not be held liable for delivery failures or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or unforeseen emergencies.
4. Communication & Tracking

Clients receive live updates, notifications, and status tracking via their dashboard.

A dedicated Design Manager or Project Lead is assigned to ensure smooth delivery and communication throughout the lifecycle.
5. Revisions & Final Handover

Revisions are included as per the selected plan or project scope.

Final files are handed over only after client approval and sign-off on all key deliverables.
