At Cohyve, we strive to offer a seamless, transparent experience for all our clients and partners. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand how we handle service interruptions, cancellations, and refund requests.
1. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start:
You may cancel your project or service request any time before the project officially begins or before resources are allocated. No charges will apply in this case. -
Ongoing Projects:
If a project has already started, cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case. A partial fee may be retained based on the work completed or resources utilized up to that point. -
Subscription Plans (if applicable):
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The service will continue until the end of your billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:-
The service was paid for but not initiated or delivered.

A technical or operational issue from our side prevented service fulfillment.

A major misalignment occurred between agreed deliverables and output (subject to internal review).

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Services already rendered or partially delivered.

Cancellations due to changes in client preferences or internal strategy.

Delays caused by incomplete inputs, communication lapses, or missed timelines on the client’s side.

How to Request a Refund:
Send your request to support@cohyve.com with your order ID, service details, and reason for the refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Our Commitment
Cohyve reserves the right to assess each case with fairness and discretion. Our priority is to ensure trust and clarity while maintaining the integrity of our creative and operational efforts.
